Badminton

I am crazy of badminton now, especially in progress of losing weight. So fat now coz' of too much stress, thus made me keep eating. I need to loose 5kgs and rid off this lard.

Been many times badminton, last weekend was special coz' I have guest star played in, Ms Florence Yang hahaha...

Finally I made her into sport. Feel good right hon?

i am still aching all over, we shall play more often ...

sorry i threw the racket instead of hitting the shutter cock.. hahaahah....
