Singapore zoo

I love animal, so happy to see them today in singapore zoo. Zebra is so gorgeous, rhinoceros is so strong, polar bear is so sexy, orang utan is so cute and one monkey remind me of Alicia Keys’ hair hahaha…

Tante silvy and her son and daughter come to Singapore. Actually I met them already last wednesday, but I was too busy at work and couldn't accompany them for dinner. Finally we made it today. I went with matthew and bonge, too bad mark can't join in.

My question to them "Wanna try singapore chili crab?" They answered uniformly by saying " I want !" Hahaha...

Eventhough almost everyday I passed chinatown whenever I take bus 970 go to work or back from work (if I am not that lazy bastard and finally taking taxi :D ), but I never actually spend a lot of time in chinatown area.

Today, with matthew, we had lunch there. Well, actually late lunch since Mat has not woke up until 2pm. Grrr....

When 2 photographers (One is the real one, and me is the wannabe one) met, we have taken more than 20 pictures in the night time and another more than 30 pictures in the morning.

Less than 24 hours and already produce more than 50 self pictures. Imagine if we go holidays for 3 days!! Hahahaha…..

Mystery box

Do you dare to open your mystery box? Knowing something that may be better if you don’t know what is inside it.

Which one better, knowing the truth but may be you will be disappointed; or NOT knowing at all and let it become "mystery" forever, read as whatever will be will be..

Finally I decided to take the first option. With all the support from my best friends Florence, Brian and Bonge, I opened my mystery box.

1st mystery box

I went together with Brian to do medical check up included USG abdomen, kidney function, liver, ECG for heart, tumour marker for liver, stomach, colon, breast, lung, prostate, blood glucose, thyroid, sexual transmitted diseases and many other things.

“Do you smoke?”
“How many hours you sleep?”
“Any family member has a medical problem?”
“How often do you go exercise?”
“Have you felt any pain in your chest?”
“Are you feeling stress at work?”

OMG, please stop these questions, make me more nervous to wait for the result.

2nd mystery box

I went with Florence for HIV test. The result of the test itself took only 20 minutes, but I was so nervous. These 20 minutes seems like a lifetime.

“What if questions” appeared in my mind. Florence tried to relax me and calm me down

Surprise me that a lot other people queuing for the test, mother, husband, uncle and off course boy and girl which the same age like me.

“Why do you take this test?”
“Have you had this test before?”
“Did you have sex with more than one person?”
“Did you have sex with women only?”
“Did you have sex also with man?”
“Do you practice safe sex?”
“Do you loose weight dramatically this period?”
“Did you share any needles?”
“Did you take any drugs?”
“Are you ready to know whatever the result will be?”

These questions are killing me. Made me more nervous and tension.


THE RESULT of my mystery box:

HIV is negative. Thanks God.

The medical check up result shows that I am health, and all organs are normal. Only I must control my high blood pressure, avoid food rich in cholesterol and stop smoking. Thanks God.

I am so happy and could not be happier; as what people said the most precious thing in life is our health, you can buy the most expensive medicine but not a good health.

Again, THANK YOU GOD.

Again, loosing weight. This afternoon I cook healthier food.

Potato wedges - No more fried but baked.
Salad - More veggie and baked asparagus
Dressing - No more thousand island but light italian dressing
Drink - No more sprite and coke but guava juice
Dessert - No more ben n jerry chocolate fudge brownie but chinese almond pudding

Played badminton again last saturday, for the loosing weight sake, I played 2 hours non stop!

"Why ar?" - Grr... How do I know, if I know of course I still want my last 4 months body!

Huah, finally back home on 24 April 2008 at 6.30pm singapore time. Went back home and took a rest.

Busy work on Friday since I have left the office for more than 1 week. But still party during the night. Pump room with lovely rosa, and continued to tantric and taboo with asni. My body was so tired but seeing my friends made me have more energy to dance until 3am.

Saturday was a relax day, only had dinner with bonge and jerry, and continued to have coffee and dessert in robertson quay.

Tara came for medical trip for his father. After work, eventhough there was a thunderstorm in bangkok, I still went to siam by BTS to meet her.

Tara said " Bed, do you realize that we have been met in 5 different countries?"
" Ohya ya hahaha, indonesia, hong kong, singapore, australia and thailand"
We had a good time, talking and sharing life story, as usual.

Get well soon for tara's father, wish him for a fast recovery.
